A state-wide hub for BIPOC, working families to access apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and job readiness training opportunities in the high-demand fields of green energy, construction, service, and food sectors. The Rise Up Center will serve all Minnesotans by creating pathways for families to access good union jobs, fostering economic prosperity and success in the new green economy.
